The Lens provides a year-end reflection platform that guides users through introspective questions, generates AI-powered insights, and creates downloadable reflection summaries.
You retain all rights to the content you create (answers, reflections). By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content for the purpose of providing the Service.
Premium features include high-definition downloads and customization options. Payment is processed securely through Paystack. Premium access is tied to individual reflections, not user accounts.
Our resolution tracking service sends monthly reminder emails to help you stay accountable to your goals. Emails are sent to the address you provide and can be unsubscribed at any time.
If you experience technical issues preventing download after payment, contact us at support@thelens.app within 7 days for a full refund. Refunds are not provided after successful download.
We take data protection seriously. Your personal data is stored securely and never sold to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You may not use the Service to: violate laws, infringe intellectual property, transmit harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, or abuse the platform in any way.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
